I have worked with Jenny Conley and Conley Willox Public Affairs over the past five years across multiple campaigns, all requiring insight and understanding of the issues as well as respect for all the parties involved.  She thoroughly understands our business, she writes beautifully, is smart, effective, energetic, and our communications have never been better.

Insight, nous, reliability - if every communications specialist could deliver those, the world would work just a little bit better. Jennifer Conley consistently delivers all of this and more. It's hard to match her connections, knowledge and skills, but the fuss-free way she builds on them to deliver a great result, often with an innovative twist, is unique. She knows her way around the media, manages to simultaneously think like both a journo and a comms advisor, and has a dogged dedication to getting the job done. I always heave a sigh of relief when I hand a challenging communications task to Jennifer.

Nicholas de Boursac
Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, 2001 – 2007

I remain an enthusiastic fan of the work Jennifer Conley did for the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, and by extension, the American community. Jenny’s sensitivity and expertise guided AmCham’s response following 9/11. On 9/12/2001, she immediately understood the Singaporean’s need to show solidarity with the American community and this led ultimately to a memorial service attended by 15,000 at the Singapore National Stadium.

She provided wise counsel, always in line with our corporate objectives, and helped me understand and advance key stakeholder issues, particularly with our Board, our Ambassador and also with the Singapore Government. She provided the initial spark for the Corporate Social Responsibility activities of AmCham, explained why they were important, and kept them on track. Her involvement in the US-Singapore Free Trade Agreement was important, but she was also instrumental in the establishment of the ASEAN business survey and there was the excellent media coverage AmCham had in general - the envy of our PR company members.

Jennifer Conley was an indispensable communications professional to the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.  I had the pleasure of working with Jenny during the approval of the US-Singapore Free Trade Agreement, and she skillfully positioned AmCham to be credited for its contributions.  She also helped to initiate the formation of an important corporate social responsibility program for AmCham that endures today.
